2.27.17 – Ran 40 minutes of Rolling Hills.

2.26.17 – Ran 50+ minutes to Kelly Drive trail. Pretty cold but still got a decent work out in.

2.23.17 – Ran 5 miles on the treadmill in 28:33. Felt pretty good and it’s good to know that I’m still able to move well after an all out race and a few days off.

2.22.17 – Ran 3 miles down Delaware Ave and back. Felt fine but was taking it easy.

2.18.17 – Ran  5 miles in 28:07 on a hilly course in the Burbs. Frostbite 5 miler

2.16.17 – Ran 35 minutes on Mountain Peaks at 8.5. Quit after the 2nd set of 7 incline.

2.14.17 – Ran 5 miles in 28:40. Closed the last 3 miles at around 5:30 pace.

2.13.17 – Ran 34 minutes on Rolling Hills and was moving at 8.5. I died after finishing the 8 incline. I finished with 5.5 miles in around 40 total minutes.

2.10.17 – Ran for 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. Back and neck were bothering me.

2.8.17 – 30 minutes on Mountain Peaks. 20 minutes at 8.3 and the next 10 at 8.4. I felt good but quit after the 1st set of 2 minutes at 5 incline. I think I could have gone a few minutes more but the faster speed knocked me down. I was over 4 miles and near 800 calories. I ran 2 minutes at 11.5 just for the sake of it.

2.7.17 – 5 miles in 29 minutes. Felt really good. Probably could have knocked 10 seconds off with a kick but felt strong throughout. Evenly split.

2.6.17 – Ran 40 minutes on Rolling Hills. 8.2 for the first 20 and 8.3 for the next. Trying hard to get back to the 8.6 days.

2.5.17 – Ran the Ben Franklin Bridge from my house in 29:05. Felt fine but noticed I had no closing speed.

2.4.17 – Ran 4 miles at 24:15 on the treadmill. Didn’t feel fantastic but closed out pretty strong on the last mile.

2.3.17– Got 5 miles at 29:15 and was going strong the entire time.

2.2.17 – Recovering from a horrible hangover but managed 40 minutes of the rolling hills at 8.0 and 8.1. Not where I should be but the hill training is still smart.

2.1.17 – Ran for 30 minutes at a seriously slow pace because I was completely dehydrated.
