I wanted to create a page dedicated to American Odyssey Relay. Hopefully people who are searching for information on this relay will come to this blog and will hear it told from an experienced runner. I’ve done this relay for the past 2 years  and each time I come back with new stories and friends. It’s not about the finishing time (although I would like to beat Bucknell…funny joke) but the friendships and experience. Can’t wait for 2014. Below you’ll find links to my past few years of write ups and my future thoughts on the relay and how they can improve it.

Here is the AOR Handbook for full information.
