E, your spelling is pretty bad but thanks much for the feedback. Knowing there are, even random, people out there who get a kick out of this stuff makes it worthwhile. I’ve sort of kicked a specific Manayunk bar idea around before and you are probably on to something. I like the drunken yunkers, if I ever make a fortune off that title I’ll share the wealth.

PS. As far as the purpose of the site just write about this drunken town. It’s a popular hang out and if you can capture a good audience of people that actually know the places and events you’re talking about, people will read about it just because it’s about something familiar. I don’t know you personally but I’m a fellow Manayunker 20 something who lives similarly in terms of social adventures. The comic attitude you have is pretty good at times, though I cannot watch your videos at work. Even if you don’t think you’re being funny the situations and drunken antics you describe give a bit of life to my drunken tales. So in essense, you have captured a fellow alcy degenerate who likes funny drunk stories.
You may take this as a liscense to increase your alcoholic beverage intake in an attempt to make your blog postings more Hank Moody-ish, minus the fine snatch all over the place, of course.
You may also think about advertising in Manayunk; Post flyers around town and leave your card with your URL at diferent bars if you are really worried about increasing traffic.

You forget people are lazy. Plus the blog doesn’t have a topic which makes things hazy. I make efforts to post every day and without good material, I go crazy. A collaborative effort would make for a better website but there has to be a purpose to the site. I’ll mull it over.

I think people should volunteer to do guest blogs from time to time to help contribute. If this is something you want, then I think you should advertise and welcome people to submit ideas for topics and then give them the go ahead to write about it.
