I made that in paint and my idea to make the arms was to draw a line across. It looked really weird and for so reason unbeknownst, I decided no arms would be better because people would questions where they were. The answer is that they are horizontally parallel with the body. I have to pat myself on the back for the mouth even though I did it completely by accident.

Awesome picture but where are your arms? I'd call their bluff. Even if they follow through, if they aren't willing to budge an inch I'd jump ship and take your business elsewhere.

Keep asking for a manager. The scum they make u argue with for the first 2 hours can't do anything anyway. I cracked my screen and they wouldn't fix it under warranty because the crack was bigger than two inches. My argument was they needed to replace the entire screen regardless the fuck does it matter whether there is 1 crack or 100. I just kept asking for a manager and saying I don't want to talk to you. Eventually got a manager, explained the issue and she instantly was just like yeah we can fix it for u broseph
