We went to Pittsburgh together and were pretty much best friends for those years. I showed up to his house without my shoe at 6am after hopping for 5 blocks the night I got frostbite on my foot and he took me to the hospital to give some level of friendship. He wasn’t real happy that morning. I called him about 3 weeks ago when I was drinking one night and he was busy. He tried calling me back the next day but I was so hungover I didn’t feel like talking. Then I tried calling him back a day or two later and he didn’t pick up. We try to talk every few months or so just to catch up but I think we were both like, “fuck it” with this month’s call which is perfectly fine for me. I’m sure we’ll eventually talk but I’m glad we have a mutual understanding that were friends through thick and thin and it’s no big deal. Just felt like sharing because I know everyone reads the comments and it’s rare that he comments on the blog. Big Genesis fan.

Also I’m not sure where this blog would be with Sam’s attention to detail in my Phil Collins song mistake. Maybe you can be the editor in chief.
