2) I’m in the same boat. I tip 20% and round up to the nearest dollar every single time I eat out regardless of service. I have two things in mind when I do this; I don’t want them to think I’m some spoiled brat kid who won’t tip, and I also feel I’m probably better off than the person receiving the tip, which may or may not be true.
